Leading into the weekend we are posting our Slow Beauty checklist, by recommending a good nights sleep first! Research has identified that poor quality or irregular sleep patterns over a prolonged period can weaken the immune system. We believe that quality sleep is essential for overall wellbeing and wellness. We encourage everyone to make it their top priority too.
